  • Packages delivered to the wrong address entered by the customer

If you purchased Package Protection, you are fully covered for:

  • Lost shipments

  • Stolen packages

  • Damaged items

  • Missing products

You can file a claim through our Package Protection Claim Center.

If you did not purchase Package Protection, USVapeHub is not responsible for carrier-related delivery issues.
